Long before the continents split and our world became divided, our ancestors lived a peaceful kinship with the beasts and birds. Despite what fairytales would have us believe, man and dragon were never at conflict with each other. Rather, they shared the fruitful land and no-one had dominion over anything. Indeed, they were splendid times to be DRAGUNZ. For you see, this was the name give to the children of the sky lords. The word “dragon” as yet had no relation to anything neither elegant or noble as their parents, for these attributes came over many years and for some centuries. No, like human children, they were ungainly, inquisitive, petulant and for all that… adorable.

Each DRAGUNZ figurine comes with an adoption certificate card showing the name of your dragon and “with love and tender care, this little dragon will give you years of faithful friendship” along with the following verse.

I love to always be in sight
But keep me away from bright sunlight,
Tell me stories that thrill and delight
And I will keep you safe at night,
But more than this I promise you
That I will be your friend and forever true.
